Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter technical issues or other eligible situations with your eSIM purchase, we're here to help. This Return Policy works together with our main Refund Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the Refund Policy will prevail.

Refund Eligibility

If your data plan doesn't work due to technical issues or can't be installed on your device, we will evaluate your case for a full or partial refund.

Refunds generally focus on eSIMs that have not been activated or used, or have only minimal usage. Specific eligibility criteria, including any usage thresholds, are described in our Refund Policy.

Our refund policy covers the following eligible situations:

  • Your trip was cancelled and you no longer need the eSIM
  • Your phone is not compatible with eSIMs
  • You purchased an extra or unneeded data plan
  • Your eSIM is otherwise unused or did not consume any data
  • The eSIM cannot be installed due to technical issues
  • The data plan doesn't work on your device

Covered Situations

  • Trip Cancellation: Full refund available if your eSIM has not been activated
  • Device Incompatibility: Full refund if your device doesn't support eSIM technology
  • Duplicate Purchase: Refund available for accidentally purchased duplicate eSIMs
  • Technical Issues: Full refund if the eSIM fails to install or activate properly
  • Unused Data Plans: Full refund for completely unused eSIM data plans
  • Connection Failures: Full or partial refund if the eSIM fails to connect to the network

How to Request a Return

Requesting a return is simple and straightforward:

  2. Provide your order number and detailed reason for return
  3. Our team will verify your eSIM usage status and evaluate your case
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Important Notes

Returns are generally available for eSIMs that have not been activated or used. In limited cases, partial refunds may be offered for technical issues or connection failures according to our Refund Policy.
